I am suffering from anal fissure, related pain and bleeding issues. There has been skin tags extending from anus. Recently a doc prescribed me diosmin 300 thrice daily and anovate ointment for local application. My fbs is 130 pp-165. Glycosylated hb is 6.3. My ige is above 3000. I do not take any medicine for diabetes as it has not yet been detected. My age is 28 years (unmarried). My pulse rate is around 90/min. Is diosmin safe to use? Please advice any other necessary medications? Do I need to go for surgery.
